How do I request a refund?

As the app developer, we do not have the ability to process refunds.

All iOS users can request a refund from Apple Support by following the instructions here:  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

All Android users can request a refund from Google by following the instructions here: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play - Computer - Google Play Help

Unfortunately, we cannot do this on your behalf or we gladly would.
