Common Errors for Matrix to MOJO sync

Please see below for a list of common errors found when attempting to sync Matrix to MOJO. This list is not exhaustive. If you encounter an error not listed below, please contact the Matrix team: [e-mail].

Error = 'No locations assigned.'

• text = 'You must assign at least one location to the active league. Would you like to do so now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to assign locations

Error = 'Locations are missing dates.'

• text = 'With two or more locations you must assign dates to each. Would you like to do so now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to assign dates for each location. Note: this only occurs if there are two or more locations assigned and none of them have dates assigned.

Error = 'Some required dates are missing'

• text = 'The following dates have never been assigned to any location: [dates]. Would you like to assign those dates now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to assign dates for each location. Note: this only occurs if there are two or more locations assigned and some have dates assigned, but not all dates.

Error = 'Missing start/end dates or times.'

• text = 'The active league must have a start/end dates and times assigned. Would you like to do so now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to to set the start/end dates and times.

Error = 'Missing meet & greet data.'

• text = 'The active league must have meet & greet start date/time and number of fields assigned. Would you like to do so now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to to set up meet & greet date/times. This would only show up if the user has enabled M&G, which is off by default for non-owned & operated leagues.

Error = 'No Game Days'

• text = 'The active league must have at least one game weekday configured. Would you like to do so now?'
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to set which day(s) of the week their games will be run on.

Error = 'No Teams'

• text = 'You must have at least one team created. Would you like to do so now?
• next steps = Follow link to section of Matrix to upload players and start team forming.

Error = 'No Schedule'

• text = 'You must generate your schedule first. Please click "Create Schedule".';
• next steps = The "Create Schedule" button is on the same page as the Publish to MOJO toggle.
