Overview
Deleting your MOJO account means you will not be able to sign into any MOJO teams in the future, and your account information will be permanently removed.

If you have a MOJO+ subscription, this will NOT cancel it. Please follow these instructions to cancel it via Apple or Google: How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Requesting account deletion
You can submit an account deletion request to our support team and your personal information will be fully deleted from MOJO systems within 30 days.
To request account deletion, submit a request by emailing support@mojo.sport with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and make sure to specify the email your MOJO account is registered with.
After submitting this request, you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you want your account information permanently and irreversibly deleted. Please respond to this email confirming to continue with the account deletion process. Our support team will then take the appropriate steps to close your account.
Remember that this does not cancel your MOJO+ subscription. You must cancel via Apple or Google following the instructions here: How do I change or cancel my subscription?
