How do I join a team that I was invited to?

There are several ways to join a team depending on how an invitation was sent:

I received a Team Code and I already have an account on MOJO:

1. Click the Profile Icon in the top left corner of the screen
2. Select My Teams and then Join A Team
3. Enter the Team Code provided

I received a Team Code but I have not created an account on MOJO:

1. Download the MOJO app
2. After selecting the option to “Get Started” you will enter in your details and create a password, then tap “Sign Up”
3. You will be prompted to verify your email address in your inbox
4. Once you verify your email you will go back into the MOJO app and select “Join An Existing Team"
5. Enter the Team Code provided to you

After joining a team, a user will be asked if they are a parent or coach of that team. Teams use the same code regardless if they are inviting a parent or another coach to the team.

I received a Claim Code from MOJO:

1. Download the MOJO app
2. Select the Claim option
3. Enter your email (this is the email address that your Claim Code was sent to)
4. Enter your Claim Code (this is an 8-digit alphanumeric code - ex. ABCD1234)
5. Enter a Password of your choosing
