What is the difference between a Claim Code and a Team Code?

A Claim Code only applies to users who had their account created by MOJO as part of the Concierge Onboarding process. Every user account created by the MOJO Team has a unique 8-digit alphanumeric code (ex. ABCD1234) to claim their MOJO account. Users who had a claim code issued to them will not be able to access MOJO unless they claim their account first. 

A Team Code is a 7-digit alphanumeric code that is automatically generated after a team is created (whether it’s MOJO that created the team or any user that downloaded the app and created the team themselves). This code allows other team members to join a specific team and can be found on the Roster tab. As part of MOJO’s Concierge Onboarding process, your MOJO Customer Success Manager will provide you with the list of Team Codes they created in case there’s any coaches or parents that are late to join.
