How do I replace the head coach of my team with a new head coach?

Every team in the MOJO app is required to have a “Head Coach” for the team to exist. In the case that you need to replace the head coach, please make sure to invite the new head coach to join as an Assistant Coach first. To do so, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your MOJO Org Portal 
2. Click on the following tabs: “League Management” > “Teams”
3. Once in the “Teams” tab, select the team you want to add the new head coach to
4. Click on the blue “+Add a Coach” on the top right corner of the Coaches section and either promote an existing parent to Coach by selecting “Add From Roster Contacts” or invite a new member of the team to join as a coach by selecting “Add New Coach.” See example below:

Once the new coach has accepted your invite, navigate to their row in the Coaches section and under “Actions”, click on the ellipsis icon (...) and then select: “Promote to Head Coach” and click “Save.” See example below:

The previous head coach will now be an assistant coach and can be removed by navigating to “Actions”, clicking on the ellipsis icon (...) and then selecting: “Remove As Coach.”
